I’m not a powerlifting or physique competition coach. This program also isn’t for anyone chasing an overnight transformation or a “magic pill.” If you expect results without effort or aren’t willing to follow a structured plan and stay accountable, this likely isn’t for you.

Many programs fail because they’re generic and offer little support. My coaching is tailored to your schedule, your preferences, and your goals. We’ll stay in touch through regular emails and weekly check-ins to keep you on track, make adjustments as needed, and tackle any challenges before they derail your progress.

You can do it either way—at a gym or at home. I’ll design your workouts around the equipment you have access to (from full gym setups to just a resistance band and a pair of dumbbells at home).

Yes. If you have injuries or mobility issues, I’ll adapt your workouts accordingly. If you have an ongoing injury, I recommend consulting a physiotherapist first and sharing their advice with me. That way, we can keep your training both safe and effective.

Everyone’s timeline is different, but many people notice increased energy and some improvements in the first few weeks. Changes in body composition or strength typically can appear between 8–12 weeks with consistent effort.
Your starting point, consistency, willingness to adapt, and even genetics play a role. That said, I recommend avoiding strict timelines for your fitness progress, as it can be a slippery slope. Instead, commit to at least three months and focus on building habits.
Many clients I work with stay longer (their own choice) because they enjoy the ongoing progress and support. On average, my clients stick around for just over 10 months—proof that steady, long-term commitment brings the best results.

Communication happens primarily via email. We’ll do weekly check-ins, in which I provide video responses, to go over your progress and handle any hurdles. You can email me any time with questions. We’ll also schedule a video call every three months to review your progress, goals, and next steps.

At least once a week during our check-ins. Of course, good communication is a two-way street: if you stay involved and proactive, I’ll be here to support you whenever you need it. If you prefer more frequent interaction, just let me know.

There are no contracts. You have two options: a flexible rolling plan or a discounted longer-term plan. Payments are taken via recurring direct debit every 4 or 12 weeks, depending on what you choose. The flexible option lets you cancel anytime, and you’ll have online coaching up until the final day of the four weeks you paid for. If you choose the 12-week discounted option, you’ll need to complete the full 12 weeks. In both cases, I’ll give you my full support until your final day of coaching.
